| O'Fallon Brewery Everyday Beers
These are the beers we brew and sell day in and day out…our "core" brands. These beers are all different, yet each is brewed only with all natural ingredients according to the German Law of Purity known as the Rheinheistgebot…which means our everyday beers contain only water, barley, hops, yeast and, sometimes, wheat.
 O'Fallon Gold (available all year) 5.0% ABV The original beer from our brewery...a smooth golden ale with three types of barely, two varieties of hops and fresh Kolsch yeast. It's cold-conditioned and carefully filtered for a clear, beautifully colored, delicious beer.
 O'Fallon Wheat (available all year) 5.1% ABV A fresh, clean-tasting American Wheat Beer....brewed with white wheat, two varieties of domestic barley, two kinds of hops and our Kolsch yeast. It's not filtered, so there's a trace of the yeast in the beer for a smooth, full-bodied, velvety texture and a creamy head. This easy-to-drink beer won the Bronze Medal for American Hefeweizen at the 2005 Great American Beer Festival®.
 O’Fallon Smoked Porter (available all year) 6.0% ABV Our Gold Medal Winner took first in the Smoked Beer category at the 2004 Great American Beer Festival®. This is a robust porter with a black mahogany color, brewed with sixty-three percent Bamberg Smoked Malt. The malty sweetness and burnt chocolate undertones balance the bitterness of the hops and the smoky flavor and aroma to make this a wonderfully complex porter.
O’Fallon 5-DAY IPA (available all year) 6.1% ABV We dry-hop this American Style India Pale Ale with seven grains and four domestic hop varieties by adding dry whole hops to the finishing tank so the beer rests “on top” of the hops for five extra days! Malty sweetness up front with big cascade and glacier hops in the finish -- a wonderfully drinkable IPA!
 O’Fallon Goat’s Breath Bock Ale (November release) 6.2% ABV We brew this smooth, dark and rich tasting beer with our house Kolsch yeast to create a “bock ale.” Conventional German bock beers are brewed with lager yeast, but our passion is great beer...and we love to defy tradition every now and then.
 O’Fallon Cherry Chocolate Beer (December release) 5.7% ABV A dark wheat beer that tastes like a chocolate covered cherry…only better!
 O’Fallon Wheach (April release) 5.1% ABV Imagine our smooth, clean wheat beer with a touch of peach and you get the idea behind O’Fallon Wheach, our peach wheat beer. Refreshing and crisp, it’s perfect for warm summer weather.
 O'Fallon Pumpkin Beer (September release) 5.6% ABV Like pumpkin pie in a bottle...we add 120 pounds of real pumpkin to the three-barley mash and then season the finished beer with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. |
