WE LOVE BEER.™ At O’Fallon Brewery, 45 Progress Parkway in Maryland Heights, we are passionate about making great beer. We work hard to brew beers that deliver unique flavor and refreshment. Ours is a small craft brewery located just north and west of St. Louis, Missouri. The brewery was founded in January 2000, and has experienced steady growth for the last 16 years.

We customized a German style Kölsch by adding fresh blueberry and raspberry during fermentation…this adds a soft rounded berry flavor without all the sugar. We brought the hops down a bit to let the fruit shine, making way for a low-calorie beer that is light and crisp with a dry, refreshing finish.

Pineapple Mango Bramble is our “Tropical” selection in the basket. Soft acidity from the Pineapple combine with the slight pine and sweetness from the Mango, creating a refreshing tropical Kölsch.

Passion Fruit Guava is this years “Tart” selection in the basket. The tart tropical citrus notes of the Passion Fruit meld with the slightly sweet strawberry/pear notes of the Guava creating this tropically tart Kölsch.

Blood Orange Pomegranate is this year’s “Citrus” selection in the basket. The Blood Orange with traditional ruby citrus notes combine with the slightly tangy berry flavor of Pomegranate for an exotic refreshing citrus Kölsch.
