Fran Caradonna

General Manager

Fran is our General Manager and co-founder of O’Fallon Brewery. In January 2000, she and her husband Tony, launched a single brand (O’Fallon Gold) in kegs only which they self-distributed throughout St. Charles County. While Fran did brew, keg, bottle and deliver beer in the early days, she has spent most of the last 14 years managing the brewery’s operations as geographic distribution grew from its single home county in Missouri to 15 states in the central US.

From 1990 to 2000 the Caradonnas owned and operated Signature Beer Company, a small beer distributor specializing micro-brewed beers. Among other regional brands, Signature Beer launched and grew the Pete’s Wicked and Schlafly brands throughout Missouri.

Prior to jumping into the beer businees she was Vice President for Account Services at Wilson Sculley Associates and persued her first love of public broadcasting where she spent her first years after graduating from the University of South Carolina at public radio stations in Tallahassee, Florida and DeKalb, Illinois .

Fran an avid beer lover, is learning more about wine, enjoys cooking (and eating), works out because she must, and can’t put down a good book. Fran’s favorite O’Fallon beer… well that’s like asking who her favorite son is.
