Mark is a native of Jefferson City, MO and moved to St. Louis in 2013. His passion for food began at a very young age while cooking with his grandfather and mother. Mark has over 15 years of experience in the food service industry. He has a large family with 6 siblings, four sisters and two brothers, and many nieces and nephews. He is a father of four to Kyle, Briana, Makiya and Treyvon. Mark spends his spare time with family, watching any sports possible and traveling.
