WE LOVE BEER.™ At O’Fallon Brewery, 45 Progress Parkway in Maryland Heights, we are passionate about making great beer. We work hard to brew beers that deliver unique flavor and refreshment. Ours is a small craft brewery located just north and west of St. Louis, Missouri. The brewery was founded in January 2000, and has experienced steady growth for the last 16 years.

Event Spaces

Bottling Line

Enjoy the unique ambiance of hosting your event right next to the machine that brings joy to all. We can accommodate groups as large as 100-125 in this space. It includes your own private beer and wine bar as well as restrooms. You’ll have access to a PA and stereo system, or bring in a band!

You may order off of our regular drink menu in addition to the six draught beers provided at the private bar. Please refer to our catering menu for your dining options. A minimum of 40 people are required to book this space.

Booking the bottling line is contingent upon our production schedule. A rental fee of $200 and a minimum purchase of $1250 is required to reserve our bottling line. This rental fee will only be refunded if the event is cancelled within 48 hours of booking. If the event is cancelled anytime after that 48 hour window, the rental fee will be forfeited.

Executive Tasting Room

Our Executive Tasting Room (ETR) is the perfect place for a small private party or a business meeting.  Our capacity depends on the seating arrangement you choose.  We can accommodate 25-30 guests for a more formal meeting or sit down dinner.  For a more casual happy hour or cocktail party, we can arrange the space to accommodate up to 40 people with standing room and some seating.  The ETR features two Flat screen TVs for presentations or other media needs. You will also have access to a private restroom.

Food can be ordered off the menu or as a buffet from our catering menu. Please refer to our catering menu for dining options. If you see something on our regular menu that you like better, just let us know!

The Executive Tasting Room must be booked in advance with a rental fee of $100 and a minimum purchase of $750 to secure this space. If the minimum requirement of $750 is not met, you will be subjected to paying the difference.  This rental fee will only be refunded if the event is cancelled within 48 hours of booking. If the event is cancelled anytime after that 48 hour window, the rental fee will be forfeited.

Lobby and Bar/Copper Top

Our Lobby is separate from our dining room and can accommodate 25-30 people. We can also take reservations for larger groups (15+) in our bar area. This includes a copper-top bar which can comfortably accommodate 15-20 guests. We can also reserve additional tables in the bar area to handle 40-50 people. Guests may order off of the regular menu and beverages are charged by the drink.  Reservations are contingent upon availability.

Lobby- A deposit of $50 is required to reserve our Lobby area for groups of 20 or more. This will be refunded if your group shows up within 30 minutes of the reservation time. A rental fee of $50 is required if your group is under 20 people.

Copper-top (up to 20 people)- A deposit of $100 is required to reserve this area. If 75% of your guests show up within 30 minutes, this deposit will be returned to you. Any unused seats, after 30 minutes, will be forfeited to other guests.

Copper-top and Bar- If reserving this area for 21-39 people, a $150 deposit is required to reserve this space. If 75% of the guests arrive within 30 minutes, this deposit will be refunded. If reserving this area for 40-60 people, a $200 deposit is required for this space. This deposit will be returned if 75% of the guests show up within 30 minutes. If only 50% of the group shows up, you will receive a partial refund of $100.

*Any unused seats, after 30 minutes of the reservation, will be forfeited to accommodate other guests.

*An automatic 20% gratuity (pre-tax) will be added to all booked parties.

*Parties of 30+ will automatically be on one check.

Shipping and Receiving Area

Our Shipping and Receiving area can also be transformed into an open event space. We’ve had the pleasure of hosting events such as Yoga Buzz and Paint Nights in this area. With the garage doors open, your event can have more of an outdoor patio feel. This large space provides the room for a more active event and can accommodate 150 to 200 guests.

Booking the shipping and receiving area is contingent upon our production schedule and requires a$500 non-refundable deposit, if cancelled within 48 hours, and a minimum purchase of $2000, excluding tax and gratuity.*

 

Private brewery tours for your event are contingent upon availability and production. An additional charge for tours will be applied based on the number of attendees. Please ask for more details regarding booking a private brewery tour for your event!
