WE LOVE BEER.™ At O’Fallon Brewery, 45 Progress Parkway in Maryland Heights, we are passionate about making great beer. We work hard to brew beers that deliver unique flavor and refreshment. Ours is a small craft brewery located just north and west of St. Louis, Missouri. The brewery was founded in January 2000, and has experienced steady growth for the last 16 years.

Reservation Policies

Dining Room

You may call in advance to request a FYI HOLD on a table in the dining room for up to 14 guests. We will hold the space for 15 minutes. If party has not arrived within 15 minutes and other guests are in the restaurant, we will remove the hold on the space. Separate checks are welcomed.

 

Semi-Private Coppertop – Bar – Lobby

FYI Hold: You may call in advance to request an FYI Hold at the Coppertop, in the Bar or in the Lobby for 15 to 40 guests. We will HOLD the space for 15 minutes. If party has not arrived within 15 minutes and other guests are in the restaurant, we will remove the hold on the space.

Guaranteed Reservation: You may secure the space with a $50 refundable deposit paid in advance, and we will hold the space until your arrival. The deposit will be forfeited and the space released if fewer than 75% of the guests arrive within 20 minutes of the reservation time. The deposit will also be forfeited if the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the date of the reservation. If cancelled prior to 48 hours the deposit will be returned. If the requirements of 75% of the guests show in the 20 minute time frame, the deposit will be refunded at the end of the visit.

You may order appetizers or entrees from the regular menu in advance or after you arrive. Beverages are charged by the drink. Gratuity will be added for groups of 15 or more.

 

Private Room for Cocktail/Happy Hour event: Up to 40 guests.

Best for stand-up Happy Hour type gathering, with limited bar stool seating at high-top tables (no more than 5 tables) and two rectangular tables at back wall for food placement (must be requested).

Food may be ordered from the menu or from catering menu and served buffet-style. Beverages are charged by the drink.

Cost: No charge with minimum food/beverage purchase of $750 on one check (excluding tax and gratuity which will be added to the total).

Deposit Required: A deposit of $100 is required to secure this space. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the night if the minimum is met. If the minimum requirement of $750 is not met, the deposit will be forfeited as a room rental fee. The deposit will also be forfeited if the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the event. If cancelled prior to 48 hours before the event, the deposit will be refunded.

 

Converted Production/Warehouse Space for Private Events: up to 200 guests

For larger private events in our work-space. Menu-planning, staffing and pricing contracted in advance. A rental fee is required to secure the space NS will only be refunded if the event is cancelled within 48 hours of booking. A minimum of 40 attendees are required to book our bottling area and menu options are restricted to our catering menu.
