Ours is a small craft brewery located just north and west of St. Louis, Missouri. The brewery was founded in January 2000, and has experienced steady growth for the last 16 years.

This may be the most refreshing fruited beer that O’Fallon has brewed. We customized a German style Kolsch by adding fresh blueberry and raspberry during fermentation… this adds a soft rounded berry flavor without all the sugar. We brought hops down a bit to let the fruit shine, making way for a low-calorie beer that is light and crisp with a dry, refreshing finish. Bramble could be described as the spritzer of beers!
